The mission of the center is to inform, inspire and effect change through horticultural and conservation research, innovation and practices. With a history of over 110 years of research and outreach, we are a regionally based and nationally recognized source of cold-hardy plant breeding and genetics and applied research in horticulture and plant conservation.
