Abstract
We consider briefly the following questions: if higher-mass vector mesons exist, how would they affect the peak of the pion form factor at the rho mass, {Mathematical expression}, and how prominent should they be in the cross-section for, e.g., ρ+ρ-→π+π- at the resonance mass. The questions are strongly related, and if certain physically reasonable zeros occur in the form factor the effect of such mesons can turn out to be quite small.
