Algebraic design of unitary space-time constellations

Abstract

A simple algebraic design for unitary space-time constellations was presented. Non-coherent space-time communication system with a block fading channel model was focused. The constructed constellations enjoyed full diversity, allowed for a simplified maximum likelihood detector, and achieved performance comparable to the existing computer searched constellations.
