Abstract

The treatment of discolored anterior teeth may involve combined techniques. This clinical sequence illustrates the successful bleaching of “yellow” teeth with at-home whitening using 10 % carbamide peroxide in a custom-fi tted tray, followed by masking idiopathic white spots with enamel etching with HCl followed by resin infiltration.
