Abstract

There are no differences in terms of early/late complications and mortality between open radical cystectomy (ORC) and robotic-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC). RARC is associated with less intraoperative blood loss and shorter length of stay. ORC is associated with shorter operative time and less readmissions.
