Abstract

In this comment, suggestions for research and practice pertaining to conflictual supervision relationships (M. L. Nelson & M. L. Friedlander, 2001) and counterproductive events in supervision (L. A. Gray, N. Ladany, J. A. Walker, & J. R. Ancis, 2001) are given. Studies that attempt to identify the "good enough" supervisor are also recommended.
