Abstract

It has been shown that the formation of a bound state is possible in the region with a local electron-phonon interaction. Carbon nanostructures are considered as an example of the material in which this effect can be implemented. Based on the developed concepts, it has become possible to explain the anomalously high field emission in such structures not only phenomenologically but also at the microscopic level.
