Abstract
One of the questions the Minnesota Department of Transportation and state policy-makers face is how much to invest in bicycle infrastructure. Estimating how much bicycling occurs in Minnesota may seem like a simple question, but it's not. This video, featuring Greg Lindsey, professor at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, explains the methods used to make estimates based on existing sources of data.
