Abstract
Three SiO maser transitions, v = 1, J = 3-2 (129 GHz); v = 1, J = 2-1 (86 GHz); and v = 1, J = 1-0 (43 GHz), have been observed from Mira, the prototype long-period variable. Polarization measurements indicate that these masers originate in the same volume of circumstellar gas. This conclusion is supported by similarities in fractional polarization, polarization position angle, and rotation of position angle with velocity.
