N2 - In order to meet the requirements of different filtering specifications in a reconfigurable platform that supports multi-standard coexistence and high data rates, a general-purpose filter is indispensable. This paper presents a new architecture of a general filter composed of a lattice wave digital filter (LWDF) that has low sensitivity and excellent stability properties. Possessing advantages of small area and low latency, this general IIR filter can also achieve approximately linear phase.
