Abstract

Medical School and Public Health faculty at the University of Minnesota desired to employ a survey to determine patient satisfaction to use data for continuous process improvement of anesthesia services. Secondly, they desired to determine if the ASA survey would be logistically feasible to implement throughout their larger network of hospitals and clinics and if the survey would be able to produce actionable results.
