Abstract
Nurses are involved in projects that improve patient care - whether the work is quality improvement, evidence-based practice, or research. Regardless of the type of project, dissemination of results is essential so others can learn from the work. This article details examples from one institution's journey in transitioning from an annual physical poster fair to an electronic poster fair in an effort to broaden dissemination of project findings and increase recognition of nurses' work.
