Abstract

Environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) (Electroscan 2020) is a new technique with a wide number of applications. The aim of the study is to show some of the capabilities of ESEM in the fields of biology (osteoclasts resorption) and biomaterials (growth of bioactive surfaces).
