Abstract

Lipid contents and fatty acid profiles of microalgal (Micractinium pusillum YSW07 and Ourococcus multisporus YSW08) culture were investigated with various concentrations of carbon sources and different wavelength of the light. Dry biomass of O. multisporus YSW08 accumulated 68% of lipids with oleic acid accounting for 49% of the total fatty acids (TFAs) under the visible light and 15% CO 2 .
