It was sponsored by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP), with additional financial support from several companies. The conference received 207 complete paper submissions, which were rigorously reviewed by more than 340 reviewers. The 42 members of the technical program selected 39 papers for presentation at the conference and publication in the proceedings.
