Abstract

Recently I heard a radio report describing a new surveillance system that worked through telephones and was being used to track home health aides (HHAs). Home health agencies were using the system to determine precisely when an aide arrived at and left a client's home. In this radio discussion, the system was presented as a means to counteract fraud in home health care.
