Abstract
Uniform CuInS2 porous microspheres were synthesized on a large scale using CuCl2·2H2O, InCl 3·4H2O and KSCN as starting reagents in ethylene glycol at 200°C for 12 h. XRD result reveals that the obtained products are well crystallized. FESEM observation reveals that the prepared microspheres are composed of sheet-like nanocrystals. The possible formation mechanism was simply discussed.
