Low-cost chemical sensors based on shrink polymer microfluidics

Abstract

A low-cost chemical sensor based on shrink polymer was presented in this paper. Graphene nanoplatelets were selfassembled on the inner surface of microchannel formed by shrink polymer. The low-cost sensor system can give stable and precise results by only consuming 1 μL reagent, demonstrating great advantage over planar sensor. With assistance of selfassembly and shrink polymer, the sensor can be realized in a simple low-cost way.
