Abstract

Summary— External trauma from a variety of causes, some unusual and bizarre, affect the male genitalia. Certain injuries are more common, have more severe consequences, or their management may be controversial. Seventy male genital injuries from external trauma are reported and include vacuum cleaner injuries, fracture of penis and the tourniquet syndrome.
