abstract = "We consider the data uplink control problem for mobile terminals in wireless networks subjected to time-varying channels, reconfiguration delays and interference constraints. We analysis the uplink capacity region of multiple mobile users in wireless networks, and we use Clarke Gan{\textquoteright}s channel model for channel process of mobile terminals. We evaluate the impaction caused by schedule changing and also the changing of network topologies, and then we proposed a Max-Weight algorithm for the system. The proposed algorithm makes schedule by considering the impaction of reconfiguration and the expectation throughput of a schedule. The schedule generated by this algorithm can achieve a larger throughput subjected to existing approaches.",
