Abstract

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) has a capability to avoid problems with managing supply chain, such as data inconsistencies, multiple channels of update and when Different lines of business have different technologies. SOA allows corporations to integrate the supply chain applications of an enterprise, and hence building a competitively differentiated , agile and interoperable supply chain. As a result SOA adoption leads to achieve better supply chain performance. This paper aims to review the integration of supply chains using SOA approach in particular, to support agile reconfigurable supply chains.
