Abstract

Change happens but is often painful. I-O psychology equips us to drive effective change, even when not directly tasked with change management. Experienced panelists will share strategy and practices for successful organizational transformation and for visibility. Session is designed for midcareer professionals facing change, though it will benefit all SIOP attendees.
