Optical materials for luminescent solar concentrators and solar module thermal management

Abstract

This talk will discuss two complementary optical strategies to harvest sunlight for improved photovoltaic efficiency: luminescent solar concentrators that capture diffuse sunlight, and selective reflectors that reduce module operating temperature.
