Abstract

Experiments were carried out for the first precision measurements of spin-dependent asymmetry in the threshold region of 3He→(e→, e′). The analysis was performed for the probing of 3He ground-state structure and extracting the neutron electromagnetic form factors from electron scattering. Results showed that the data and nonrelativistic Faddeev calculations which included final-state interactions and meson-exchange current effects were in agreement with each other.
