Relativistic viscous fluid description of microscopic black hole wind

Abstract

The controversy over whether the particles scatter from each other after being emitted is reviewed. It is shown that a self-consistent description is afforded by the application of relativistic viscous fluid equations, at least towards the end of the black hole's existence and under some assumptions.
