Abstract

Looking back at my dissertation, now a full year after it is all said and done, I am still trying to sort out exactly where the “methods” are. It reminds me of the split I identified in my research as stifling: The content/methods split in educational practice. Why would I dissect what I teach from how I teach it? How could a worksheet on ricing replace going out in a canoe to collect wild rice?.
