Resonance in forced piecewise-linear excitable systems

Abstract

In previous papers a theory was developed for a certain class of forced excitable systems. However, that theory is restricted to slowly varying forcing. In this research the authors show that a number of new phenomena arise with high-frequency forcing. These new phenomena are discussed.
