Spectrograms recognize multiple circadian periods by blood pressure and heart rate tensiometry

We focus here on spectrograms that could be integrated with sphygmochrons into an affordable tool for a Chronobiologically-interpreted record from Ambulatory Blood Pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) Monitoring, CABPM (obtainable, e.g., via a website from any continuously monitoring home, school, hospital or other institution). This tensiometry serves to know what we dislike to the point of chronobiologically-assessed strain, impeding optimal performance, detected as Vascular Variability Anomalies (VVAs) in weekly summaries. CABPM also serves for the detection of Vascular Variability Disorders (VVDs) for disease risk detection in long-term CABPM, to check on the presence, intermittently or continuously, of multiple circadian periods, τs, here described in a 62-year-old woman's (JF) blood circulation. JF has a history of 20 years of twice-yearly adynamic depression. The goals here noted have been discussed and documented at several consensus meetings and workshops.
