Abstract
A loophole problem in the production of three-particle entanglement was discussed. Two sufficient conditions distinguishing between N-particle states in which all N particles were entangled to each other were analyzed. The loophole problem remained unsolved on the basis of the conditions reviewed. Modifications of the experimental procedure allowing for a definite confirmation of three-particle entanglement were proposed.
