Superradiant decay of coherent cyclotron resonance in ultrahigh-mobility two-dimensional electron gases

Abstract

We study the coherent dynamics of cyclotron resonance in ultrahigh-mobility twodimensional electron gases via time-domain terahertz magneto-spectroscopy. We show that superradiant damping is the dominant decoherence mechanism at low temperatures.
