Abstract
In this issue of Chem, Migliore and co-workers performed a theoretical study on redox signaling between the [4Fe4S] clusters in the C-terminal domain of DNA primase and polymerase α. They found that redox signaling cannot be accomplished solely via DNA-mediated charge transport, which requires [4Fe4S]-to-DNA and DNA-to-[4Fe4S] charge transfer.
