Abstract
In a fraction of Ligamentum spirale + Stria vascularis of guinea pig an acid mucopolysaccharide could be demonstrated by thin-layer chromatography with gradient elution on DEAE-cellulose. Compared with chondroitin-4-sulfate, chondroitin-6-sulfate, heparin and keratosulfate the substance behaved similar to keratosulfate. - A procedure for quantitative application of sample volumina smaller than one microliter on thin-layers is described.
