Angular distribution of terahertz radiation from a plasma channel of femtosecond filament

Abstract

A theoretical model of terahertz radiation from a plasma channel of femtosecond filament is developed. Angular distributions of terahertz emission intensity in cases of absence and presence of external electrostatic field are received. The dependence of divergence angle on the filament parameters is found.
