Abstract

An error in interpreting the statistical analysis output led to reporting errors in some of the effect sizes for the three-way repeated-measures ANOVAs in Experiment 1. The original and corrected effect sizes are provided in the table below. There was also an error in the reported degrees of freedom of a between-subjects, one-way ANOVA on performance of all groups in quiet in Experiment 1. The degrees of freedom for this ANOVA should read “F(3,31)=13.4” instead of “F(1,3)=13.4.” None of the reported p-values or conclusions were affected by these errors. (Table presented.).
