The authors regret that Eq. (5) was transcribed incorrectly from the work of Slinn (1984). The correct equation is: [Formula presented] The consequence of this error is that some of the reported correlation coefficients in Tables 2–5 are inaccurate. The errors are less than 1% in all cases. This error does not change any parameter rankings or other conclusions of the manuscript. Corrected versions of the impacted tables are presented below.
