Abstract

The impact of human factors on the people's daily lives and technological landscape was discussed. The project involved the development of a presentation that could be used to demonstrate the different areas of life in which human factors plays a part. It was observed that the sense of personal proximity to the problems strengthen the message of the presentation. It was suggested that the use of different examples to foster a general understanding of the diversity of human factors would enable consumers to recognize the importance of human-centered design.
