Abstract

This paper reports graphene based, highly ion sensitive field effect transistor sensor for phosphate detection using a phosphate selective membrane. In the experiment, the shifted dirac point is measured to check the ions amount in the water. The selective membrane is synthesized by molecular imprinted polymer. The performance of sensor is tested with four different ion solutions (phosphate, sulfate, chloride and nitrate). Each solution has four different concentrations (0.05, 0.1, 1and 10 ppm). The dirac point shift from -0.08 V to -0.06 V as increasing the concentration. The detection limit and response time are 0.05 ppm and 1 min, respectively.
