Abstract
Middle-aged men represent a unique group expressing increased interest in facial rejuvenation procedures. Although the objectives of a face-lift are the same for men and women, the facial plastic surgeon must consider additional characteristics that are unique to male patients, including differences in the process of aging, as well as a multitude of anatomic and psychosocial factors. The facial plastic surgeon should consider all of these factors when preparing for a face-lift procedure in men.
