Abstract

The comparison of Watergate technique and other solvent suppression methods showed that Watergate technique is easy to realize and can give low t1 noise spectrum. With Watergate-NOESY and Watergate-TOCSY, the assignment of most lahile protons of G, G in dsDNA fragment d (5′-TTTCGCGC) ·d (3′-AAAGCGCG), which can be recognized by the transcription factor E2F, was made.
